Is it possible to have an RMM Guard view per org as well as the main MSP view?

Yes please. Having to export and manipulate a CSV is a little inconvenient.

I agree there should be an ability to manage approvals per org and not just globally.

I agree here, we have clients that will have their own tools as well. I would not want to allow a tool only in use at one client across all clients.
