Feature request: add Comment capability on Incidents

Yes, please add ability to engage Huntress support via comment if we so choose to do so or else just be a comment for the internal team. This would add helpful context for the support request as well I would think.

I wasn't necessarily expecting the ability to engage Huntress Support via the Comments, but that would certainly add convenience. If that is feasible that would be great, but for me the main priority would simply be giving Comment ability/visibility to anyone who is looking at the incidents.

Would you want these just internal to your IT team Aaron Williams and Robert Ellis? Would you also like the ability to upgrade the comment to notify Huntress Support if there are questions?
