I need this feature as well. My RMM stopped responding and I need to reboot the endpoint. The huntress agent shows the device online and otherwise checking in. The device can be rebooted as part of a remediation. The ability to reboot outside of a specific remediation plan should be possible. I'm a current customer.

I second this. I am currently trialling Huntress and plan to move away from BitDefender where this functionality is possible, however is lacking in Huntress.
BitDefender has been a great backup when the RMM tool fails, so if Huntress is able to add this feature, it would certainly help to get a remote machine back online (or more importantly to apply patches and reboot to mitigate security risks!)
