Remote Shell for Isolated Devices

It would be great to have remote shell access to Huntress-isolated devices. This would allow us to investigate a compromise without having to remove isolation, keeping it more secure.

Agreed 100%, This would make the process of investigation and validation of remediation much more secure.

Absolutely agreed! Our RMM can't be whitelisted either, due to the way it calls out to the platform

Agreed. It would also be nice if there was a way to still allow remote access from our RMM.
