Is someone able to update this KB 'https://support.huntress.io/hc/en-us/articles/47045055446931-Updating-outdated-EDR-RIO-Agents' to include the troubleshooting steps of checking/deleting the reg key 'Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Huntress Labs\Huntress' and 'C:\Program Files\Huntress' directories that prevent the reinstallation of the updated EDR/Rio vs?

The registry key we had issues with was:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\683231B0291AC584081CCB0424C3A511 which would stop the RIO service from installing.

Deleting the c:\program files\Huntress\agent-windows-amd64.wyu is another file that support has mentioned to try deleting if auto updating fails.
It would be even better if these failed to update scenarios could be detected by the otherwise running agent, and alerted in the console. This would make it easier to identify agents where updates are actually failing vs just not updated naturally yet.

Chris Nolan This is the real fix. I am extremely disappointed that, despite having several agents with issues, the dashboard reporting shows everything is good and all huntress services are running reliably. If they're running, why can't they report to the dashboard that everything is not OK?
