Send "[Huntress] Unresponsive Agents Uninstalled" to different email

Currently all notices such as [Huntress] Unresponsive Agents Uninstalled appear to send to the billing contact or myself as the admin however they should be sent to my team to verify and action. Please make that a configurable item so I can direct it to my alerts team.

Further, every admin seems to get these daily, and there's no checkbox in the end user settings to disable them. or change them to a weekly/monthly cycle.
