Super excited to see this feature rolling out. My team especially could use the Managed AV functionality. Having the Health Status and Policy Status available through the API would help us ensure coverage while we are balancing multiple AV products.

For me information for billing so we can update client invoices automatically is what I am most interested in. Number of agents for each organization. Being able to get a list of agents would also be very help by organization.

Tanner'la Denesik'la: 1) Webhooks that call as soon as an issue is detected, containing the device id with alert information. 2) Common read-only data for organisations, devices, in the REST API so we can synchronise data, find missing devices, etc.

Tanner'la Denesik'la: Any call that would allow the retrieval of client information would be useful. I would want to integrate Huntress into an RMM or MDM platform to allow support teams to manage devices in a single platform.
I'd also like to be able to put info into Huntress such as user assignment of devices or auto tagging based on criteria.

Tanner'la Denesik'la: 1. API Query active (billable) agents per organization for automated end-client billing purposes.
- Webhook for when issues are detected with issue information for automated ticketing, response, and interfacing with other systems (you have device isolation, but other services could further evaluate and respond)
- Agent API query for agent information (last checkin, status, AV status, etc.) for synchronization into single pane of glass views among all systems, inventory reconciliation, etc.
- Organization investigation, incidents, event, etc. information for automated reports. Your reports are nice, but it would be great to be able to generate our own using information from all tools together.
- Uninstall/remove for terminated users with BYOD
- Nice to have would be the ability to trigger AV scans, get scan results, etc for Defender; however, that's the lowest priority.
