Before onboarding a client to ITDR, it would be useful to be able to see how many licenses they will be billed for so you can accurately quote the client. Similar to how you can preview the billable licenses on SAT before syncing the learners

I need to export a list of billable users and organizations from the ITDR Service into a spreadsheet. Currently, there is no direct way to do this, and I have to manually copy and paste the information. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows for easy export of this data.
