Selective Identity Sync for ITDR

Currently, ITDR only allows for an all-or-nothing sync of identities, which limits flexibility. It would be beneficial to have the option to select specific identities to sync, especially when managing multiple sites within a single Microsoft tenant. This feature would enhance control and efficiency in managing identity syncs.

I agree, we have a client that merged with another organization that merged their two tenants into one. Their twin organization controls the "security" and does not manage the MS ITDR detections until almost a week after the issue already occurred. Leaving our client fully in the dark and heavily at risk. We cannot enroll them in Huntress because the co-organization has over 1k of "billable identities" and will not approve any overlap. Our client is essentially left unprotected now.

This would be useful in situations where client departments or locations are mostly independent but are part of a larger M365 Tenant.

We have come across this issue as an MSP where a client is merged to a new tenant but the additional users are not under contract for Huntress services so we are unable to fulfil our end of the contractual obligations.

The ability to select identity groups would be extremely helpful. We would like the ability to specify which accounts in a tenant are monitored.
