Something lacking in Huntress SIEM is a full Communication Plan. Most other siem's have a more robust set of options for siem alerts. We have clients that are required to be alerted when certain siem alerts happen for compliancy. Right now the Huntress SIEM only allow a ticket to be created in your integrated PSA.
