As an MSP we have specific engineers and full IT teams assigned to dedicated clients. These engineers do not need to see other clients in the portal, unfortunately without these essential RBAC controls in place we are unable to reduce the visibility to the minimum needed to complete their role as they need to be able to action remediation tasks and resolve alerts. Please can you build this essential permission structure into the portal please

Can Org Level Admin get the resolve button on Escalations. It is one step out of the way than having to verify with them if the issue has been resolved.

In co-managed environments, the people who best understand what is normal on their network are the customer’s own administrators. Letting Org-level admins mark Huntress escalations as Authorized or Unauthorized—with audit, guardrails, and notifications—dramatically reduces time-to-resolution, improves decision accuracy, and makes Huntress a more collaborative platform rather than a black box. This is especially compelling when demoing to a room full of admins: they see that Huntress empowers them to act quickly without waiting on an MSP bottleneck.
