Closing a PSA ticket resolves an incident

Lets get this shit working. When we close the ticket in HaloPSA the ticket update should be listed in the escalation/incident story and then go to resolved. I understand this is more complicated for incidents because of the remediation list but for simple escalations like unexpected country this is an absolute no brainer.

As with many MSP's our PSA is our primary system, so this feature is a must for us to migrate additional clients. We also use Sophos Cynet and Barracuda, all of which offer the feature.

What makes this worse is when the Huntress incident is resolved it updates the PSA ticket. Our PSA is meant to be the source of truth and Huntress updating the ticket to resolved or anything else is bound to be wrong most of the time.

We work out of our PSA and not always in the Huntress portal and would like to be able to close the ticket in the PSA and have it close the incident in the Huntress portal. This will ensure incidents are not left open in the portal and make sure we are not missing an incident.

This is needed. Most of our engineers do not work out of Huntress.
