need this ASAP. Migrating ITDR customers from another provider. The lack of the SOC doing voice/SMS to Org IT Managers is a non-starter for some customers. For those just wanting email, use your PSA and a workflow to notify your customers.

This is needed like yesterday, we need SMS and Voice calls to IT managers etc. We will still deal with the incident as the MSP but we asked for alerts all the time when on boarding customers. Even MD's and FD's have asked.

Currently last one in line asking for this feature to be enabled. Just finished the chat with support and found out this option doesn't exist yet.

This is a feature we absolutely need. Many of our customers have teams that handle T1 and T2 support and they need to be alerted before we do.
