Hi Everyone, We're pleased to announce this enhancement is now available. The ConnectWise (CW) Ticket Source configuration is available as an option under the CW integration, as pictured below.

We’re not seeing any ‘source’ options to specify nor the ability to specify any types or subtypes in the integration. Since we’re missing those details we can’t apply any logic to workflows in ConnectWise manage to highlight urgency, send tickets to an appropriate resource, or even provide extra notifications. These flows are critical as we build our SOC operations and also to ensure incidents get a proper response.
