I’d like to strongly encourage you to prioritize integration with SuperOps. As an MSP, we’ve evaluated countless tools, and it’s clear that SuperOps is quickly becoming the go-to RMM and PSA platform for 2025. It's modern, fast, and combines what previously required multiple vendors into a single, efficient platform.

Many MSPs—ourselves included—are actively moving away from legacy and bloated platforms like ConnectWise, Kaseya, and even N-able, in favor of tools like SuperOps that were built with today’s MSP needs in mind. Its unified RMM + PSA model means less complexity, better automation, and significantly improved workflows.

Integrating Huntress with SuperOps would be a game-changer, allowing for:

Seamless alerting and incident creation directly in PSA tickets

Streamlined endpoint visibility in the SuperOps asset view

Faster remediation through unified data

A better experience for technicians and better outcomes for clients

It would really be great if Huntress can integrate with SuperOps as every other vendor including sentinel one works out of the box. We would like to remain exclusive to huntress however if something like this isn't in the pipeline it's hard to manually maintain endpoints etc and manually bill for all these things which in turn lowers our overall spend opportunities with Huntress. Can't bill for what you can't so easily see so to speak.
