Allow non-US date format in reports

Please either make the dates in a report adapt to the region of the account (so AU region would set date to DD/MM/YY) or change the date format to be non-region specific (e.g. DD-MMMM-YYYY to look like "12 July 2022").

Right now, when a report is generated, it shows dates in the US format of MM/DD/YY even though our account is set to the AU region. This is a bit confusing for our client base in Australia.

Yes please! I'd really like to see ISO8601 (YYYY-MM-DD) support so I don't have to take a guess at which backwards format is being used (I jest - but let us choose which is best!)
