Billable entities filter for finance users

We would like our finance users to be able to filter the billable entities page to specific clients as they cannot currently drill down to client accounts from the accounts drop down in the top left of the page.

Please allow the Finance role to view the same organisation list currently visible to Admin users, so billing teams can review customer subscription coverage from a single pane of glass without requiring broader administrative privileges.
