I need to test the escalation process by generating a test escalation email. Currently, there is no way to send test escalations, which makes it difficult to ensure everything is set up correctly for clients.

I have the same need for ths. We had escalations going to a broken link to our old psa and no one was getting them so I removed it and set up an email but I want to make sure we are getting them properly.
