We would like to be able to assign different levels of permissions to different users in each department. For example, AML can go and create their training but can not access the security awareness training that has already been programed.

This would be perfect to give access to HR to see live completion status, rather than waiting at the end of the month report.

We would need a view only user so that our billing team can go in and view # of learners per client.

It would be useful for us to be able to assign a "content manager" role, so that teams could create their own custom training episodes/assignments.

With this in mind, another role to view reports for specified assignments would be very welcome.

Would love to see the option to have our main point of contact for each of our clients using SAT and Phish Testing have the option to log in and view the Learners and the reports only. No access to make changes but they would be able to see if the users have completed their training or not.

We have several customers who would like the ability to check reports. We also want them to be able to log in and view reports -- they can hound their employees to do the training and take that off our plate :D

More granular permissions for admins in general. It would be great to create an admin user that will be able to view reports and edit active/inactive users, but not have the ability to change settings or create campaigns.
