Changes to manager notification options

Currently, in order for managers to get notifications on non-managed training assignments, there has to be an end date. And if you create a year long assignment, manager notifications are based on number of days left in the assignment. So, if you want to have a perpetually available training for new employees, you are stuck telling the customer that there's no way for them to receive progress or completion notifications.

I full agree with this. As having an assignment without an end date set seems to be the only option for having a "mandatory intro training" this should definitely be implemented so that we can push responsibility for this to managers.
