Hi folks. as an MSP we want to hand off the SAT piece to the customer, typically a small business, generally meaning a nominated internal manager be kept updated of managed SAT report summaries, alerts/notifications/compromises in its entirety. it would be great to have single pane/tab to manage this from where managers can be defined (global, and departmental etc if required) - and either set a default manually by an admin globally for all learners or ability to sub group if required for departments, and not necessarily rely on a populated Manager field for the learners, etc.
