Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)

RBAC across the Huntress platform would be great. The roles are currently way too restrictive and don't align with our organization and needs. Fine grain control with customizable RBAC would be greatly needed. It would help us give front line techs access to only a subset of features and read only on others, and zero visibility on other things. This could apply to clients who we don't want to give a blanket read only account to or allow some client IT departments to help with co-management on some functions.

It would be great for the capability for a role option to allow a person (at the client company) to manage the learning/training content and create custom content.

Seconded! Especially for SAT - now that Curricula is our main content delivery platform, we need to give platform access to people from different departments, and I don't want them to see which phishing campaigns are going on, or snoop on other learners.

Thomas Llewellyn: Would you want to have department managers be able to just look at reports or actually make assignments?

Dima Kumets [Product Manager - Huntress] great question. If managers could make their own assignments, it would enable decentralized knowledge management which would be a major benefit. This would be even better if assignments could also have 'owners', who could restrict read / write access to their assignments, since some assignments are designed as tests, so the contents need to be restricted.
