We’ve added a setting to allow users to lengthen their idle time from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
In addition, MSPs that like having the Huntress dashboard up on their main screens can now keep the Command Center dashboard up - it will auto-refresh and keep their session alive.

I don't want to login every time I go away from the Dashboard for 5 minutes. Gets annoying.

This feature has been asked for by the community for over 3 years. Why is this not implemented by now.
As with the others, the timeout for the web session is too short and needs to be able to be managed by the admin staff for the org.

If you are coordinating research across several tools, it's easy to burn 30 or more minutes before you get back to Huntress. Yes, I would like to see this be controllable by the MSSP operating Huntress.
