As an MSSP we regularly set up sessions with our customers to go over their console. During these sessions we sometimes might accidentally hover over the organization selection in the top-left, which then flashes the full list of all organizations in our MSSP-account across the screen. Preferably, this would not be an "on-hover" pop-up, but require the user to click on the button to change organizations.

This update will modernize the Huntress Dashboard, adding in new visuals and a better overall experience - this release will also include Dark Mode!

Org level admin - respond to escalations - my client knows best where their users should be or shouldn't be - I would like them to be able to respond to the escalations - and select the Unauthroised / authorised

It would be useful to get alerts when changes are made to administrator accounts or administrator roles are assigned. Specific examples: -Any administrator account password changes or is reset -Any administrator account authentication method changes or resets -Any administrator account has sign-in blocked or existing block is removed -Any administrator role added to or removed from an account -Emergency administrator (break-glass) signs in or failed sign-in -Conditional access policy changes that apply to administrator accounts

This update to our UI/UX will greatly improve the overall experience within the Huntress Dashboard, removing the need to backtrace steps to find information or get back to a specific page, adding overall efficiencies to daily Dashboard usage.

Ability to have unique keys per organization (similar in length/uniqueness to account keys) that can then be disabled in the event that a customer departs and the Huntress Account holder needs to disable the account. If you give this an upvote, do us a favor and submit your use case! This will help us get things moving.

We have a fair amount of customers in the portal by now and it is getting harder to navigate and find customers in the drop down list. It would be very good to incorporate an search window to speed things up

When you click on the organization selector dropdown in the upper left hand corner of the portal, the organizations are in neat columns, which is great, but the left to right/top to bottom order of them being alphabetical is weird. It would be nice if it could go top to bottom/left to right.

It would be nice to have the ability to co-brand the user portal with our company's logo, to enhance the experience and environment towards the end customer accessing the portal.

Would be great to have a column next to an escalation detail line item that has the PSA ticket ID if a ticket was created, that way an incident/escalation can be easily referenced within the PSA. Bonus points, if that Ticket ID from the PSA is clickable to take you directly to the ticket in question.
