Would love to have this webpage in Dark Mode to save my eye from bleeding.

We have 3 TV screens in our office that displays statuses of all sorts of cool graphs and bars. We do this so we can all see at a glance the status of stuff, but also because when we have customers come into our office they have to walk right under them and it looks impressive. The Huntress dashboard is too small to be read from any kind of distance, if there was another view designed just as pretty but with bigger text, that would be perfect for our needs!

Current Huntress modules like Managed AV etc can be turned off at the MSP level, and turned on at the organization level, or vise versa. With SIEM you can turn it on at the top level, but to disable it you have to create an exclusion. While this provides the function, it would be easier to turn it off at the top level and turn it on for customers that opt in. Having the same behavior across the platform would be simpler as well.

Huntress gives tickboxes to be able to select multiple organizations, but you can't then perform an action in that way. e.g. if I want to delete, I have to do it one by one. what purpose does the tickbox have at that point?

When I login, the default is to show 25 agents. I change it to 100. Every time I login, it's set back to 25. Can we please have a preference setting to remember how we prefer to work? Thanks.

Would love a way to mark an alert as "In Progress". I might have blocked all sign ins and rotated credentials, but still waiting to hear back from the affected user to make sure their password/mfa is reset.

We have a fair amount of customers in the portal by now and it is getting harder to navigate and find customers in the drop down list. It would be very good to incorporate an search window to speed things up

I was hoping/wondering if you could develop a feature within Huntress to allow for a more consistent look for organizations to remain in the same alphabetical order after making changes to the "report recipients" section. Currently when I update that section of emails the order of organizations gets completely out of order and is at random. I was hoping we have an alphabetical filter, if possible, to help keep it more consistent. Thanks!

The ability to map clients to sites in our ticket system (Autotask) requires the role "Admin" in Huntress. This either means that we have to give more permission that is desired to our client onboarding team OR the Huntress admin gets stuck with having to be involved with onboarding every new customer to Huntress. In line with the principal of least privilege we would like the access to be more granular.

When I click on a report link, the PDF opens in the same tab as my Huntress dashboard. I think the PDF should open in a new tab.
