Users may not know the software and or don't want it because IT installed it. Would be nice to password protect the installation to require a PIN or something to remove.

Allow "Jump to page" or "jump to timestamp" option in process insights.

Now all our users receive an email when an unresponsive agent of a customer is installed. Please make it so only admins will get this. Thanks :)

Regarding the recent "Huntress detected one or more files on this endpoint that may contain passwords" notifications. We want the option to schedule this as a recurring scan. We and our customers found it to be extremely useful.

Huntress now also searches for password files. Please bring in other languages as well, e.g. I often have files with customers in German-speaking countries that are not called Password something like "Passwörter" or "Passwortliste". I think 15 minutes check-in interval for the agent is too long. It would be better to have the agent check in when it has data to submit and to get a response from the server at that time. If it doesn't have anything to report, then it should still check in more frequenty.

I'd like a way to have admins have access to everyone in my account except for a portion of our internal environment that is personal devices with your agent on them. We need Huntress to cover these because they allow employees to access internal machines from home and we need coverage for insurance. However, I'd like super admins to only have access to these machines for privacy reasons.

We only have the ability to isolate one device at a time in the portal and would be cool to expand that.

Hello team, Would you consider implementing a taskill command in the automated remediation commands? It seems that sometime the remediation fails due to the application running when the command to delete the associated file is issued. Something similar to: taskkill /F /IM EXENAME.EXE Thank you
