Allow Huntress API to complete a ticket once remediation is complete and include ticket notes with logs and info.

We use a custom browser plugin to pop alert banners when things need attention in Huntress. This works really well for all team members when it comes to incidents but when it comes to escalations there doesn't seem to be any way to review/check for these under the API.

Currently, it appears only a single organizational API key can exist at any given time. It would be nice to have the ability to generate multiple API keys and name them based on how they're being used. Related, having created, created by, expiration (optional), "last used" and "last seen" would be useful when managing multiple keys. This might also be a prerequisite to supporting a related request - scoping of API keys to specific tenants ( https://feedback.huntress.com/huntress-api/p/msp-breakdown-of-api-access ).

Adding the ability for accurate SAT usage information to be pulled via API

My team especially could use the Managed AV functionality. Having the Health Status and Policy Status available through the API would help us ensure coverage while we are balancing multiple AV products.

An API to extract all the data from the monthly organizational reports would be quite useful given we can then analyze and act on this data more efficiently. These reports summarize our clients data very well I have followed this up with support and they've advised me that pulling this information from API's isn't possible. As such I have created a very complex script to extract this data from the PDF's we are provided with monthly so we can analyze and act on this data. The process does require some manual human interaction and having this feature would automate this process and allow us to ingest this data into our reporting system very efficiently, while also ensuring the data is correct and no human error is possible. Allow us to see if firewall is disabled for an agent via the REST API.

It's nice that the API has the ability to send the report location URL via the API, but what is the possibility of actually getting the report details like # of computers/servers, changes analyzed, autoruns reviewed, persistence breakdown, # of canaries deployed, incident summary & log for each report back in json?

It would be nice if there were API requests for phishing. Like when they open, clicked and report a phish, and when they completed recovery training. Besides the GET requests, would be nice to have POST requests as well. Or webhooks would be fantastic.

Public API (REST) for Partners to pull from Huntress (such as reports, incidents, agent data, etc.).
