It would be great to being able to manage the Agent version and perform roll-back from within the portal itself. Like some other vendors offer. That you can update clients based on organization level or groups - specially if Auto provisioning is in place

Most of our devices are windows but having coverage on linux would be nice.

Is it possible to see the username of who is logged to the host when looking at the Agent list as well seeing it in the details when you click on an Agent. It currently shows the Active Directory domain name so I assume it would be easy to pull the current logged in user.

You list multiple RMM solutions where there are steps to install via the RMM solution, we use Endpoint Manager from ManageEngine. can this be implimented?

Send alerts to email/PSA when a new Agent is installed and when an Agent is uninstalled.

It would be nice if we could add suppression rules ourselves instead of having to reach out to support each time. We have occasional services or processes that are being terminated by Huntress (the program is deemed a PuP). We could potentially turn off active remediation but we don't want to exclude the entire host from active remediation.

When a bad actor gets into a network, they easily escalate their privileges and can remove Huntress. I don't see why this has not been implemented yet. -Prevent uninstalling the agent from a pc. -Lock the installation requiring a token from the dashboard for offline installs

I noticed that the AccountKey can be found in clear text in the registry of a machine the Huntress agent is installed on (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Huntress Labs\Huntress). This could be used to install the Huntress agent under a different organization in our account. So I have a request to encrypt the AccountKey in the registry.

The ability to start or stop Windows Services through the Huntress Agent could be beneficial in certain niche scenarios. Sentinel One has a similar feature and it was handy from time to time.
