We are working with Rewst for process automation. It'd be great to be able to uninstall agents via API, create/delete users, isolate machines, etc..

Allow the uninstall of Huntress agents via API request. Since tamper protection has been introduced to the Huntress agent, enabling the feature means RMMs can no longer automatically uninstall Huntress from a device. Without an API endpoint to trigger an uninstall, this breaks automation processes and adds new manual tasks that can only be completed in the Huntress portal.

Our company is trying to integrate all of our training resources to one platform. It would be helpful if the API supported assignment session pulls and user authentication/ profile association, so that they don't have to be redirected and sign in directly within Curricula. At the moment, the Curricula API integration only pulls metadata/stats about learners and completion, not the actual assignment to complete it.

Hello, Could we have the option to set the date Huntress Billing syncs to Autotask PSA please so that we can line up the timing with our monthly customer invoicing process. Thanks,

We use a custom browser plugin to pop alert banners when things need attention in Huntress. This works really well for all team members when it comes to incidents but when it comes to escalations there doesn't seem to be any way to review/check for these under the API.

Would be great to be able to /delete/{id} via the API to automatically clean up our organizations for when devices get wiped/replaced or a client leaves us

We would like the ability to create orgs vai API. Use case example - Client approves quote for Huntress and as part of the quote and sales process our systems to make an API call and create the org in Huntress. Ability to set contact for monthly reports and ORG KEY would also be desirable.

Currently, the API only reports the billable count. It would be very helpful to get the list of agents and users that are being billed for each client. Currently, we are manually generating these reports for clients.

We would appreciate having the ability to tell from the organization level which SIEM Sources are configured (And receiving logs) for each client so that we can build internal tooling around finding clients who are missing eligible sources and also monitoring to alarm if the logs per source count fall to 0. I could see this being a new component of the existing organizations list endpoint or a new subpoint for SIEM sources.

I am trying to build an internal tool separate from Huntress and need to access ITDR and SIEM data via the API. However, the current API documentation does not provide a way to retrieve this information on a per-company basis. It would be beneficial to have API access to ITDR and SIEM data to facilitate the development of internal tools.
