I think it would be fun and engaging to have emojis available in the Support Chat. It would allow for more expressive communication and make the chat experience more enjoyable. I noticed that I can't see emojis from my end, so it would be great if this feature could be added.

I would like a feature that allows organization-wide visibility of active and closed SOC cases in the portal. This would simplify tracking and reduce duplication without relying solely on Huntress Support.

It would be beneficial if the internal SOC signals, like the one showing user login from a suspicious IP, were shared with partners. This would help us better understand and respond to potential threats. Having access to these signals would provide more transparency and allow us to take proactive measures.

I find it inconvenient to handle manual remediations and would prefer an automatic option for all remediation tasks. This would streamline the process and reduce the need for manual intervention, making it more efficient.

It would be helpful to communicate with the SOC following an escalation through a chat feature.
