Managed Security Awareness Training

I would like to be able to configure one of our accounts to have read only admin access to all tenants in the Curricula SAT portal.

Currently, when SAT is selected, it opens the portal over the top of the Huntress portal. It would be nice to keep the Huntress portal open and have SAT opened in a new tab/window. Another option would be to have a button within SAT that will bring you back to the Huntress portal.

We prefer to make our own custom phishing scenarios. The problem I find is that the editor is very vanilla. I was hoping Huntress can make improvements on the editor such as changing the font, or creating tables, or rearranging the pictures. Anytime I attach an image in the body of the email, it comes out as too big. Regards, Bilal

When creating a phishing exercise, it would be nice to have the ability to select an assignment(s) that gets auto assigned to the user as remedial training, in addition to the Recovery training. This section should be optional, not required, when creating a phishing scenario.

We have a tenant who has employees who aren't employed year-round. They do however maintain their Microsoft 365 licensing. It would be nice if there were a way to mark employees as seasonal, or similar, allowing them to still receive the Huntress SAT training but not count against the tenant.

It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to manually resend a training invite to an individual user. We often encounter situations where users accidentally delete the original email or it ends up in their spam folder. Rather than waiting for the next scheduled weekly reminder, we’d like the option to trigger a resend immediately. Currently, there is a company-wide option to resend invites, but nothing targeted at specific users. Our only workaround is to delete and recreate the user, which is time-consuming and causes us to lose that user’s historical training completion data.

Would love to have the ability to track automated notifications that are sent out from Huntress managed assignments and phishing to be able to verify delivery, fine tune, and keep track of how often users are getting pinged by SAT.

Right now, moving learners requires spinning up a whole new Org in SAT, setting them as inactive, then adding them in the new Org.

Could we please add support for syncing O365 groups that contain groups to the learner portal? Have a situation where a client's 'Active users' group contains groups for each separate office location. Thanks

I would like to be able to mark training as completed. There are times where the user has completed the training but changes are made to the learners and they are sent the training again. This makes it show that the training has not been completed. It would be nice to be able to mark that user has having completed the training without them having to go through it again. Leonard Queen
